Exhibition on “Smart Campus” Teaching Cases

Preface:

Integrating science and technology into education has always been one of the priority tasks of the SAR government. In this post-epidemic period, in order to create conditions for schools to conduct online teaching and home-school communication, to support students to continue learning anytime and anywhere, and to avoid the disruption of their learning progress by long periods of school suspension due to the epidemic or other reasons, the DSEDJ launched the "Smart School" service in the academic year 2020/2021 to support schools in developing online teaching through a unified information platform.

This exhibition is expected to summarise the online teaching experiences and the results of the experimental functioning of "Smart Campus" during the COVID-19 class-suspension period. Relevant teaching cases and practical information will be shared among teachers, in the hope of motivating schools to adopt methods like online teaching to implement innovative and effective teaching, and to increase educational effectiveness. The participated schools are Escola Hou Kong, Keang Peng School (Secondary Section), Escola da Sagrada Família, Kao Yip Middle School, Escola Secundária Pui Va (Primary Section and Kindergarten) and Sacred Heart Canossian College (English Section).
